On June 2nd,a distinguished French delegation,invited by Mr.Sun Jin—Chairman of SJ International Education Group,President of the Paris Advanced Institute of Arts&Management(PAAAM),and Executive President of Jilin City Vocational and Technical College—conducted an inspection and exchange visit to the college.
The delegation included:
Mr.Thierry Meignan,Senator of the French Republic and Vice-Chair of the Senate Foreign Affairs Committee;
Mr.Karim Boumedienne,Deputy Mayor of Blanc-Mesnil;

During the visit,both sides held in-depth discussions on the planning and development of PAAAM,the proposed"International Education City,"and future cooperation opportunities,marking a significant step forward in bilateral educational ties.
The French delegation successively visited the automotive training base,library,and university history museum,conducting on-site inspections of practical training modules such as new energy vehicle inspection&maintenance and intelligent connected vehicle technologies.The delegation spoke highly of the Group's teaching methodology and advanced equipment facilities,expressing strong approval for its educational philosophy and international development strategy.
During the symposium,both sides conducted in-depth discussions on topics including discipline development at PAAAM,talent cultivation models,and mechanisms for Sino-foreign cooperative education.The talks aimed to promote profound collaboration between Chinese and French higher education in management and arts fields through integration of premium educational resources,thereby establishing international learning and development platforms for students.
Chairman Sun Jin expressed his hope to take this exchange as an opportunity to further deepen Sino-French educational cooperation,facilitate sharing of high-quality educational resources,and cultivate more internationally competitive high-caliber talents.
The French delegation affirmed that practical cooperation could be developed in faculty exchanges,academic research,and joint student cultivation programs,jointly exploring new pathways for the internationalization of vocational education.
